Youtuber Coby Persin orchestrates a social experiment in which three teenage girls (with permission from their parents) are exposed to the unthinkable dangers of casually meeting a stranger online.
Persin, armed with a fake profile, posed as a 15-year-old boy who “just moved into town” and sent the teen subjects friend requests on Facebook. Not only did the girls accepted the request and chatted with him, every one of them agreed to meet up with a total stranger. You need to see what happens when they finally meet.

Persin’s The Dangers Of Social Media (Child Predator Social Experiment) is undoubtedly one of most powerful, relevant, and important social experiments of today. Smart and responsible use of social media should be promoted and practiced, especially by teenagers who can become easy targets of malicious people hiding behind fake profiles on the internet.
This may just be an experiment, but these situations can and have happened in the real world. Don’t let it happen to someone you know… share and spread awareness!
