The Hickey family knew something was different about their son Jonny. He was diagnosed with autism. It was a difficult time for them. But everything changed when the mother saw Xena, a neglected and abused puppy. She followed the dog’s progress and when it was well enough to be adopted, they went to adopt her.
When Xena first hopped in the car and started licking Jonny’s face and sitting in his lap, the family knew things were gonna be different. They immediately noticed a change in Jonny. They changed each other’s entire worlds.
