When redditor welove0815 visited an old friend in northern Germany, he didn’t know it will be one of those rare trips that leads to an unforgettable discovery.
His friend told him about the “weird periscope like pipes in the woods” which used to be his and the other kids’ childhood playground. His friend also told him that they were aware of the bunker underneath the pipes, but as kids, they were warned never to go near it.
Days into the vacation, welove0815 and his friend decided to check out the place. It was the kind of urban exploration the world will be thankful for because what they found, was absolutely fascinating. And also a little spooky.
See for yourself.

About a hundred meters from the pipes and surrounded by coniferous trees was the bunker’s entrance. Using a crowbar, the two easily removed the wooden lid covering the entrance.

View from inside. The iron door’s lock was broken which was a relief for our two explorers. That’s minus 1% of getting trapped inside.

Endless hospital-like hallways. That’s a little creepy.

First intersection. They decided to keep going straight ahead to avoid getting lost. Holes probably caused by a hammer are found on the walls.

Dead end.

Another dead end. This clogged entrance is covered in graffiti. They obviously weren’t the only people visiting the abandoned bunker.

Moving forward. The hallway offered several turns. More random punches on the wall.

The word (which translates to) help scribbled on the left wall. On the right is the word die while a peace symbol is graffitied on the ceiling.

A big yellow door. It’s a wonder how this came off since it seems to be as heavy as a bank vault door.

Cyrillic letters are printed on the door. They had no idea what it meant.

This sign on the wall reads “Exit no 2”.

Pipes on the ceiling.

Decayed walls

This graffiti reads “Hallo satan, i love you”. Definitely not something you’d want to read in there.

The “satan” graffitied wall from a different angle.

These walls are massive and metal-like. They suspected it to be lead or something similar. Notice the cryptic painting in the background, the one made of black lines.

A few corners from the lead-like walls was this flooded hallway.
imgur / welove0815
This is what they saw upon turning left… a bigger room which is also flooded. They noticed the hole chamber is slightly tilted.

“This was the first time on the whole tour I literally panicked. Terrified by the silhouette of this pile of rubbish, resembling a crouching or sitting man, I screamed and nearly knocked over my friend. My bad he was scared to death as well,” welove0815 said.

Another flooded hallway.

A weird machine inside the biggest room in the great hall. They noticed this as they were making their way back.

From a different angle.
imgur / welove0815
A pair gloves found in one one of the tiny gaps in the great hall.
imgur / welove0815
There’s also a shoe on the muddy floor.
imgur / welove0815
A sign on the floor that says something like “stay back” or “keep clear”. Creepy.

What seems to be a submarine hatch located next to the Great Hall. “Maybe a reservoir of some kind. We never found out.”
imgur / welove0815
“This is the ceiling of the probable reservoir. These spikes looked just like icicles but more likely were some kind of mineral phenomenon. Right after this shot the camera went down and we headed back to the entrance.”

Both of them agreed, it’s the spookiest trip of his life.
