If you think it’s impossible to capture the breathtaking beauty of the ornate roofs of churches and cathedrals into a single photo, photographer Richard Silver will prove you wrong.
In 2012, Silver, a photographer from Brooklyn NY, started photographing the ceilings of churches in New York City. After some experimenting, he discovered that he could stitch 6-10 photos in Photoshop, creating a panorama. But instead of the usual left to right, Silver went for the top to bottom approach thus creating vertical panoramas that showcase the amazingly rich religious architecture of churches across the globe.
This will blow your mind. Seriously!
